Oh Baby!

Owen and I recently had a conversation that went something like this:

(in the background music is playing, a song comes on about a tandem bicycle)

Mama - "Your Daddy and I rode on a bicycle built for two when we were in Colorado."

Owen - "Me too! I rode it too!"

Mama - "No sweets. This was before you were born."

Owen - "But I was with you. I rode it too!"

Mama - "Daddy and I rode this bicycle before you came out of my tummy."

Owen - "Oh."

(a few moments of silence)

Owen - "Mama?"

Mama - "Yes?"

Owen - "Is there anyone in your tummy right now?"
