Grandpa Tim drove up to help us with some projects, including getting the pool up. We needed to track down some mats to put under it and patch some minor holes. Now that it is all filled up with water we are having a blast playing in it. We go swimming nearly everyday!

There's A Pool On Our Patio
We inherited this pool from Grandma Brenda and Grandpa Russ. It has been waiting for us to move to be set up. Now that we are all settled in the rental we decided to check it out.

Bye Bye House
We packed up our first home this August. The experience was bittersweet. We are excited to be moving forward with our plans for the future, but it was not easy leaving our home. So many first...so many memories...
We look forward to making more memories in our new home!

Packing up:
First Camping Trip
About mid July we took Owen on his first camping trip! We had a blast at Azalea Cove and had planned to return Labor day weekend. Unfortunately the move took too much out of us. We opted to stay home for some local fun instead!
It is a 1/2 mile hike into Azalea Cove campground and so worth it! Our campsites were right on the lake - beautiful! We spent two nights camping with our friends, the Henkel family and the Tsonas-Ekstrom family. We were also visited one afternoon by our friends, the Nichols family. Here are some pics of our adventures:
